Refund Policy Agreement

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy Agreement governs the terms under which customers of COSMOMV D.O.O. are entitled to refunds for purchased services or products. All refunds are processed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.

Refunds are available only for the unused portion of the provided services or products. It is important to note that if the services or products were purchased as part of a discounted package, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the provided discount.

3. Refund Period

A request for a refund must be submitted by the client in writing within 30 days from the date of service or product purchase. Requests submitted after this period may be declined.

4. Exceptions

In accordance with Montenegrin law, there are certain cases where refunds may be limited or not available.

Such exceptions include, but are not limited to:

  • Services or products that have been fully used or consumed.
  • Specially ordered or personalized goods.
  • Other cases as provided by law.

To process a refund, the client must provide proof of purchase and, if necessary, a reason for the refund request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. All refunds will be processed within the timeframe set by law.
